One week from tomorrow we are going home to see my parents. I am so excited just for the road trip. And gas is so cheap right now that, that helps us alot.. I think gas here is only like 10 cents more than it was right before it went to hell in 2005. Or something like that.. That is if my memory serves me correctly..
A co worker is having a baby next week and I made her a small afghan but didnt take a photo of it before giving it to her. I am suppose to go to the babyshower today but not sure if I want to go. I dont know her family and such. I just had some yarn laying around and wanted to use it. It was white, a verigated pink, purple, and light green,That was in one skein and then I used a bright yellow and darker green also. It turned out really pretty.
I have some cleaning to do. I think I am going to go get that done. I dont want to clean but it needs to be done.. Talk to you all soon. Just where you know what I am up to also I am reading this book: Treasure of Khan By Clive and Dirk Cussler.. Its a Dirk Pitt novel... I will do a review on it when I am done..
Here is the family photo that got put in our cards..
Here is the photo of the girls I put in the X-mas cards.. It was one of our hikes this last summer before it got to cold..

Hi, Tweetey! Enjoy the snow! I look forward to reading your book review.
Looks like we're getting snow changing to rain...yuck. But better than more cold.
Gee, everyone seems to be getting snow besides us. But, that's OK with me! ;) Take care in all that white stuff!
Ugh, I need to do some cleaning too! But really, when I'm feeling snowed in, I suppos it's the perfect time right?
Boy, did we ever get snow! And it was fun too! ;)
Heh. Snow. We're actually supposed to get some next week. It snows here something like once every 10-15 years.
That's a nice picture. And have a great time at your parents home!
By the way, when you get all that snow, earmark a bunch of it for me and I'll let you keep it there! "chuckle" We don't need any here!
Have a wonderful Christmas!
Nice card! Your kitty is so pretty. I would like one grand snowfall. But only one! It's crisp here - very nice, fall leaves still on trees. Ate lunch by the bay yesterday - windy and gorgeous. Now is the time for the road trips - I'm praying the prices hold out until summer so I can drive to Wyo.
Hope you didn't get all that snow. Those pics are darling!
