Me Bowling.. Yikes.... That big butt of mine that my hubby caught yesterday...

The girls happy with themselves... They are getting to be pretty good bowlers even with the bumpers up.....

Me Again..... Yikes... Wish I could have gotten my video to load...

Jeffrey.... his cute back side...LOL....

I have a video of 15 minutes of us bowling but it locks my damned computer up everytime I try to load it for some reason.. Any suggestions would be good...

I am fustrated today.. We were doing so well with Bri and her big book we bought her at the beginning of the year and she has gotten back into her ways of doing " I dont want to Read".... Then I read and she doesnt want to do the assignment.. I just threw her book on the floor and told her I quit.. I will listen to her but no more reading from mom.. I will do what needs being done with her but I am sick of her deciding what needs to be done...

I try not to get mad but sometimes my anger just over flows and I just want to quit it all.. I will not send them to the schools here. NO WAY IN HELL... Kora was picked on and none of the teachers did a thing. Its no different than when I was in school..

I have a new shawl coming out in Etsy or here.. I have like 60 granny squares to finish putting together... They are only 2 1/2 inches big apiece.. They are a night mare but they are beautiful... I took the pattern from one of my books but of course I couldnt find all the colors I needed so I improvised it to my own color scheme.. Turned out really pretty.. The colors are Caron colors, Grape, LimeGreen, Grey Heather, Blue Mint, Autumn Red,Watermelon Pink, and Pessimon. What ever that last one is...LOL... Never heard of it until I picked it up...

I finished Zombieslayers blanket and they have it already... I made Mrs Z a hat also.. Here are those..

I have also made a St Partricks Day Beanie Set... Didnt mean to do that but hey it happens. Turned out really nice. i meant to make it more for a kids size head but it turned out more for pre teen to adult size... Here is that set..

Ok peeps I dont ask this very often but if you would with your next post please post my Etsy site please.... I am not begging but just get word out ther. There many greaet shops... Not just mine but lots of them... If you need to go into my Etsy site at my side bar to get my Webpage please do.. I have 44 items up for sale..Sign up as a buyer and buy away or let me know what you would like. I have a sale of 15% off everything before 2/15/2010 in my shop... Well we have school work and I have house work to attend to yet.. Then I want to get some more squares together this afternoon.. Talk to you all later... Will make rounds tomorrow I promise or later this afternoon if I finish my chores first..

Great job on the blanket and the hat. As for the reading. I unfortunately introduced my son to computer games and video games that he had to learn to read in order to play the game and advance to the next level. Good news, he learned to read very well. Bad news, he's part of an entire generation of boys addicted to video games. *sigh*

Love th bowling..photos, they make me want to go out bowling right away! We have a bowling alley not too far away from us as a matter of fact.

Oh dear, the kids not wanting to do their homework sucks. I would not deal with the reading part of her behaviour at all. Don't even mention reading...deal with the tantrums. teaching your kids not to have tantrums, yell or act out is worse than them not reading . Actually, after she acts out you might wantto try something radical. Hug her and hold her a lot. Tell her you feel she is acting out either by not reading or tantrums because she wants more love and care-giving. Let her know that is whatyou feel about her acting out...acting out usually means people need more affection.
I bet she won't act out and maybe she'll work at her reading too.

Oh it's tough work being a parent! As usual, what I always say...hang in there!

The blanket is STUNNING!

Haha, for a while Sage was taking photos - and being butt height seemed to always catch me where I looked like a huge pot of dumplings. Oh well, they were taken in love, I see them and smile.
